Major event sponsorship
Sponsorship opportunities are available for our biennial National Conferences and (intervening years) National Forums. Sponsorship of these events ensures your exposure to a wide sample of plant conservation practitioners, conservation agency representatives, and conservation scientists, both on-site and through our publications. Sponsorship may be monetary or, by agreement, in-kind:
The standard sponsor benefits for major events include your organisation’s name on all publicity material, the event program, and the website, plus the benefits listed below. Note that some major events may have unique sponsor-benefit arrangements, and where these differ from standard they will be detailed on the event web-page. The levels of major event sponsorship are:
Major event sponsorship
Sustaining sponsorship
- Level 1 – major organisational support or position salary
- Level 2 – up to $10,000 – workshop series or special project, eg a publication
- Level 3 – up to $5,000 – production costs of one issue of APC
To become a sponsor of the ANPC please complete the sponsorship form.
Sponsor level – Platinum – $15,000 or more
- Two presentations or workshops at the event by your organisation’s staff, relating to the event theme or your work in plant conservation;
- Free registration for three staff;
- Your logo on-screen in main venue on all days of the event;
- Your logo, and acknowledgement as ‘Platinum sponsor’, on all printed materials before and during the event, and in any subsequent publications;
- Your logo and acknowledgement on event website, with active link to your home page;
- Branded stall free of charge at venue, for distribution and promotion of your materials;
- Display of two promotional or scientific posters at the event.
- One presentation or workshop at the event by your organisation’s staff, relating to the event theme or your work in plant conservation;
- Free registration for two staff;
- Sponsorship of main evening drinks at event, and promotion there of your organisation;
- Recognition as a ‘Gold’ sponsor on registration brochures;
- Your logo on the event website with active link to your home page;
- Display of a promotional or scientific poster at the event.
Sponsor level – Silver – $3,000
- Sponsorship of tea break catering, with promotion of your organisation;
- Free registration for one staff;
- Recognition as a Silver’ sponsor on registration brochures;
- Your logo on the event website;
- Display of a promotional or scientific poster at the event.
Sponsor level – Bronze – $1,000
- Recognition as ‘Bronze’ sponsor on registration brochures;
- Discounted registration for one staff
- Displayed logo on the event website;
- Display of a promotional or scientific poster at the event.
Sustaining sponsorship
Sustaining sponsorship recognises the unique role of the ANPC in furthering the conservation of Australia’s native plant heritage and helps us provide our work with continuity beyond single events. There are three levels with benefits that will apply for the agreed term of the sponsorship.
Sponsor level 1: Providing major organisational support or position salary.
- logo and acknowledgement in every issue of APC;
- two complementary registrations at an ANPC workshop in each calendar year of the sponsorship term;
- a discounted registration at an ANPC conference or forum in each calendar year of the sponsorship term;
- option of complementary individual or corporate membership for the sponsorship term;
- logo with a link to organisation’s website included in the sponsorship section of the ANPC website.
Sponsor level 2: up to $10,000
Providing support for a workshop series.
- logo and acknowledgement in all publicity for workshops;
- one complimentary workshop registration for staff;
- acknowledgement in an edition of APC that follows the workshops;
- logo with a link to organisation’s website included in the Sponsors page of the ANPC website.
Providing support for a special project, for example, production of a publication.
- logo and acknowledgements in special publication and advertising materials;
- logo and acknowledgements in APC;
- five free copies of the publication to be sent to nominated addresses;
- logo with a link to organisation’s website included in the Sponsors page of the ANPC website.
Sponsor level 3: – Up to $5,000
Providing production costs for one issue per year of APC (up to $5,000.)
- logo and acknowledgements in APC, hardcopy and on-line versions;
- distribution of the APC to up to 50 addresses;
- one article in the APC;
- a half page advertisement in the edition of APC;
- logo with a link to organisation’s website included in the Sponsors page of the ANPC website.
